Offering a range of shore dives exploring the beautiful kelp forests and reefs of the Western side of False Bay (Simon's Town and surrounds). False Bay has been recognized as a biodiversity hotspot due to the number of endemic animals living in these waters.

Diving conditions will determine which specific dive site we will dive ,which will be discussed in the dive briefing.

Note: Please specify your gear sizes in the comment box when booking for this dive. 

Requirements: 

• Open water or equivalent
• Dived within the past 6 months and be comfortable in the water
• Must be in decent physical shape to dive
• Dive qualification (eg, dive card, eCard, or logbook)

*Please note: It is advised that after 6-12 months or longer without any in-water activity, you should update your dive skills with a Re-activate course.

Cancellation Policy

Due to limited space and preparation, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled date. This allows us to fill your space. You may cancel by phone or email. If you have to cancel your dive, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before 24 hours, but we do not offer refunds. You may use these credits for any future dives. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, you will lose the payment for the dive. The owner has the right to be flexible here.

Please arrive on time. If you are late, your dive may be cancelled and you will be liable for the entire dive fee.

Failing to produce your official dive qualification (eg, dive card, eCard, or logbook) on the day of the dive, your dive will be cancelled and you will be liable for the full amount. We can only check your dive qualification online if you are PADI certified.

Do not book if you are unsure about your dive qualification, as this will result in forfeiting the entire dive fee. The reef is vibrant and full of life. Simon's Town boasts numerous nudibranchs, interesting crab species, lobsters, colourful anemones, feather stars, brittle stars, varied sponges, large sea fans, octopuses, cuttlefish, small sharks, as well as reef fish.
