Essential Information & What To Bring

Keep hydrated
Stay hydrated! It's important to drink plenty of water while out on the ocean, and we’ll provide refreshing drinks throughout the trip to keep you fueled.
Best place to see the wildlife
Everyone wants the best view, but wildlife is unpredictable, and you never know where they might appear—sometimes they even swim around the boat! Our experienced skippers will ensure you have the best vantage point for stunning photos and an unforgettable experience.
Sunscreen and Sunglasses
Water can intensify the sun’s rays, leading to sunburn without proper protection. Remember to bring sunglasses to shield your eyes from the glare and wear sunscreen to stay safe under the sun.
Warm clothes
The ocean is usually cooler than the land, so it's best to dress in layers and bring extra clothing. On choppy days, you might get wet and feel chilly, so be prepared!
Rubber-soled shoes
Sneakers or takkies provide good traction, especially since decks can get wet and slippery despite the non-slip surface.
Swimwear & Towel
Don’t forget your swimwear for snorkeling! Wetsuits are available and recommended, as the water can be chilly.
Cameras
Ensure your batteries are fully charged or bring spares so you don’t miss capturing the perfect shot!
Binoculars
Animals are usually close enough to see clearly without binoculars, but they can be handy for spotting stunning pelagic birds.
Please meet at the dive center for check-in and a briefing. Ample parking is available in front of the hotel.
