Discover the art of freediving – the ultimate form of underwater exploration- focusing on self-control, discipline, and breath-hold diving.
The PADI Freediver course is divided into three phases:
✔ Knowledge Development – Learn freediving theory through eLearning or classroom sessions.
✔ Confined Water Session – Practice breath-hold techniques, static apnea (90 seconds), and dynamic apnea (25 meters/80 feet).
✔ Open Water Sessions – Hone free immersion and constant weight freedives, with a goal of 10 meters/30 feet.
